We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. *Position Summary* CVS Health Specialty Pharmacy, a mail service pharmacy in the Monroeville area has an opportunity for a full-time Accounts Receivable Coordinator to handle insurance follow up and PBM Client questions and issues. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will ensure timely and accurate account payment for outstanding balances while demonstrating excellent customer service to patients, healthcare professionals and insurance carriers. In this role you will work in a customer service oriented, fast paced and team focused environment to help resolve patient account balances and PBM Client inquiries. Resolve issues with nonpayment of invoices due to insurance problems and patient issues that may have resulted from incorrect or incomplete information, therapy changes and pharmacy or shipping errors *Required Qualifications* * 1 or more years of experience in the healthcare insurance industry (healthcare reimbursement, collections, or medical insurance billing experience preferred) * 1 or more years of experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word. * Must reside within a 1 hour commute to the Monroeville, PA office. *Preferred Qualifications* * Experience with pharmacy benefit insurance billing and resolution. * Ability to multi-task, manage simultaneous projects, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while displaying strong attention to detail * Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team environment * Able to multi-task and meet deadlines * Excellent problem-solving skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills *Education* * Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.45This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
