We are looking for an experienced and visionary executive director to lead our enterprise shared service focused on process excellence and mining. You will be responsible for creating and leading an internal consultancy for process engineering, operating a process mining center of practice and tools platform. You will collaborate with segments (HCB/PCW/PS/Procurement – Business and IT) across CVS Health to identify process optimization insights and opportunities. This position will oversee a team of process engineers and subject matter experts in tools. You will also work closely with senior leaders, stakeholders, and external partners to align process excellence and mining strategies with the organization's vision, mission, and goals. Develop and execute the enterprise process excellence and mining strategy, roadmap, and governance framework. Establish and lead an internal consultancy for process engineering, providing end-to-end process design, analysis, improvement, and innovation services across CVS Health. Establish and operate a process mining center of practice and tools platform, ensuring the availability, reliability, and scalability of process mining & mapping solutions. Lead process optimization projects across various departments and functions within the organization. Identify and prioritize process optimization and transformation opportunities across the organization, leveraging process mining insights and best practices. Lead and oversee the execution of process engineering projects, ensuring the delivery of expected outcomes, benefits, and value. Stay abreast of the latest trends, developments, and best practices in process excellence and mining, and incorporate them into the enterprise strategy and operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to measure the success of process improvement initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring alignment and collaboration on process excellence and mining initiatives. Build, manage and develop a high-performing team of process engineers, analysts, and specialists, fostering a culture of excellence, learning, and innovation. *Required Qualifications* * 15+ years of progressive experience in process engineering, improvement, and innovation, preferably in a large and complex organization including the following: * 5+ years of experience in process mining, including the use of process mining tools and platforms. * 15+ years of experience in leading and managing teams, projects, and programs. * 5+ years of experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar frameworks. * 5+ years of experience in data analysis and data mining and visualization tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, or similar. * 5+ years of experience of delivering successful process improvement and innovation outcomes and value. *Preferred Qualifications* * Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse stakeholders and teams. * Strategic, analytical, and creative thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and drive innovation. * Customer-centric, results-oriented, and collaborative mindset, with the passion and commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. *Education* Bachelors required, masters preferred *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $131,500.00 - $303,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
