We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. *Position Summary* The Sr. Manager of Inventory Quality Control, Center of Excellence (COE) is responsible for developing the value streams (Core Productions, NPI/Damages, Audits/Cycle Counts, Investigations/Securities) and continuous improvement of processes for Inventory Control, Inventory Data Management, Asset Protection policies and programs, inventory accuracy, Cycle Counts, inventory variance investigation and Identifying root causes. This position works with the two Regional Directors across the supply chain network to create, develop, and improve processes and procedures to maximize operational efficiencies in collaboration with Distribution Operations, Corporate Compliance, Corporate Asset Protection, Security, Finances and COE's. All duties are to be performed in accordance with CVS Health policies, practices, and procedures. Additional responsibilities include: -Supports the development and continuous improvement of daily operations and performance of the IQC teams. Collaborates with the Regional IQC teams to create standards and/or programs that ensure smooth, compliant, efficient, and cost-effective operation, consistent with the strategy and vision of the Distribution Network. -Lead through influence and others to uncover opportunities for maintenance & support of high levels of accuracy specific their value streams. Ensure efficiency across internal distribution processes and order quality to serve our CVS Stores and external consumers. -Collaborate with Regional IQC teams, Distribution Operations teams and the OpEx Organization to create or standardize policies and procedures, ensure inventory digital and physical accuracy. Responsible for the monitoring KPI's, and continuous improvement solutions to drive efficient flow and achieve DC goals. *Required Qualifications* -3 years' experience with Inventory Management and Inventory Compliance; leading and project managing across levels of management & functional teams; 3 years' experience with OSHA, DEA, FDA, DOT -Experience with Lean principles, implementing operating systems to drive colleague engagement, problem solving, and operational excellence. -40% travel *Preferred Qualifications* -Demonstrated ability to understand and break down complex challenges to deliver impactful solutions effectively. -Ability to effectively communicate and influence across levels of the organization, up to and including Dc Directors, DC senior leadership, & Regional IQC partners and Operational Excellence. -Ability to collaborate effectively across different business functions, perspectives, and styles of leadership.
