You will: • develop data applications working in partnership with Data Science and Data Engineering Leaders. • leverage standardized tools, methodologies and infrastructure to make analytics faster, more insightful, and more efficient • design highly scalable, real-time and batch cloud data platforms which enables collection, storage, modeling, and analysis of massive data sets from numerous channels • assess and provide recommendations on business requirements, with appropriate timing and deployment • bring a DevOps mindset to enable big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions that leverage emerging technologies • develop prototypes and proof of concepts for the selected solutions, and implement complex data projects • apply a creative mindset to a focus on collecting, parsing, managing, and automating data feedback loops in support of business innovation.  *Required Qualifications* • Strong in SQL and Python, with 7+ years hands-on coding experience with both • Experience building automated big data pipelines • Experience performing data analysis and data exploration • Experience working in an agile delivery environment • Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills • Experience with solution design, implementation and deployment • Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL Databases and hands-on query optimization • Experience working in multi-developer environment, using version control • Experience with orchestrating pipelines using automation tools • Experience with deployment/scaling of apps on containerized environment • Experience with cross-functional collaboration to align on priorities and achieve deliverable outcomes • Experience with setting coding standards, performing code reviews, and mentoring junior developers • Experience overseeing project delivery by mentoring junior technical developers • Experience with real-time and streaming technology *Preferred Qualifications* • Experience with Snowflake and/or BigQuery • Experience with Azure and/or GCP • Experience with REST API/Microservice development using Python. • Experience with Snowflake/BigQuery, Google Dataproc/Databricks or any big data frameworks on Spark • Healthcare experience and domain knowledge  • Exposure/understanding DevOps best practice and CI/CD  *Education* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or related field or equivalent experience. Preferred: Master's Degree with coursework focused on advanced algorithms, mathematics in computing, data structures, etc. *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $118,450.00 - $267,800.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
