Position Summary: Aetna Resources LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Lead Director, Data Science to plan, direct, and coordinate activities for CVS data science teams. Duties include: direct daily Data Science operations across the enterprise; define the strategic roadmap for the use of data science to improve design and execution of marketing strategy and campaigns to optimize the media budget based on media mix modeling (MMM) output and past test results; create prospective audience segmentation output models for acquisitions to prioritize future marketing campaign audiences, including segmentation based on value, propensity to convert, and marketing channel reach; lead the design, development, and deployment of streamlined analytics solutions, data pipeline and ecosystem to support the next generation reporting and dashboards and reduce manual data pulls; measure the impact of data science initiatives on team efficiency and output;  manage multiple high-profile work streams and deliver quality, timely results; design and implement a media mix model (MMM) to optimize the marketing budget and compare to past performance and A/B test results to prioritize and launch campaigns; meet with marketing and sales leadership teams to define organizational goals and how data science tools can improve outcomes; review project plans and coordinate project activity; and assign and review the work of Data Scientists and other junior team members. Multiple positions. - Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Business Analytics and Project Management, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires three (3) years of experience in each of the following: Analyzing large data sets from multiple data sources; Machine learning, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling; R, Python, or SQL; SAS or SQL programming languages; Visualization tools, including PowerBI or Tableau; JIRA, Rally, or Confluence; Hadoop or Hive; and Marketing analytics, clinical trials, or health research. Pay Range: $190000.00/year to $280000.00/year. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
