The Lead Director, Operations Strategy will serve as the Chief of Staff to the SVP, Chief Digital & Technology Officer – PCW and support the Office of the CDTO – PCW and PCW Digital & Technology leadership team. This highly visible leadership role will lead integrated planning, internal communications, and performance reporting as well as driving key strategic initiatives for the PCW Digital & Technology organization. *Required Qualifications* * 8+ years of relevant experience within a technology environment, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role influencing enterprise business decisions. * Project management experience required, PMP preferred. * Senior level understanding of technology and operations with ability to solve complex problems and drive cross-functional change; think and act strategically. * Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder client environment. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to convey information in an accessible, concise, and clear manner. * Highly collaborative and communicative team player with experience working in fast-paced, multi-functional team environments. * Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and initiatives simultaneously, while staying organized and prioritizing work according to the team strategy and goals  * Track record of successful project management, time management, and organizational skills for multifaceted complex projects, highly organized with impeccable attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision, with proven analytical and problem-solving skills. * Approaches challenges with a sense of urgency, ability to work well under pressure and take direction. *Preferred Qualifications* * Healthcare experience * Master's degree * PMP Certification *Education* * Bachelor's Degree, required *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $144,200.00 - $288,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
