Job Description
The Senior Business Analyst will develop new strategies/Build upon existing strategies and business models. Understanding the true business need is along with rationale, enabling to consider and provide insight into how the same can be systematically achieved. Working with design team to devise the best possible approach and subsequently track the work product to delivery. Working with Operations and business liaison to identify edge cases and workflows thus ensuring testing team understands the work scope and data requirement. This person will identify areas of poor/average performance in the system functionality and share recommendations for improvement. Following through with development & testing team to ensure accurate delivery and within defined time frame. Additionally, enabling any additional queries coming from the team is clarified. Working across the aisle to ensure that not only business owner of the request but also any upstream and downstream participants are kept updated on progress. Working with different Scrum teams as well as Trains when a work product involves several areas to be acting as contributor towards the desired deliverable. Being able to clearly translate and articulate business requirements into semi technical verbiage so developers understand need from logic standpoint as well as it is simultaneously fulfilling business intent. Having tenacity and vigor to be able to do impact assessment or data assessment to bring the optimal approach. Being able to be a lead contributor towards critical retrospect aimed at progressive betterment in output of the team along with efficiency of delivery over the course of time.

This role can be considered Work From Home across the US. Due to supporting the business, the ideal time zone support will be Eastern Time.

This position is open to sponsoring qualified candidates to work in the U.S.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 126,600

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
- Five years minimum of working in analysis, data mining or information related field.
- SAFe Agile experience of approximately 2-3 years.
- Excellent communication skills and business requirement Gathering as well as Elicitation skills.
- Technical analysis skills
- Knowledge and proficiency with Visio or any workflow design tool.

Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 years' experience working as business analyst.
- Experience in Clinical & Care or Claim Management.
- Knowledge and experience in SQL.
- BA degree in related field preferred.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology or equivalent experience.
