The Manager Field Engagement & Communication Lead is an instrumental part of the broader Health Services team at CVS Pharmacy. In this role, you will support cross-functionally to support field activation / engagement and drive execution in partnership with the CVS Pharmacy field and store teams. You will play a pivotal role determining the success and future of the Center of Excellence model by ensuring results against live programs, acting as the face of our programs with the field, and collecting feedback to inform future product development. To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to lead and deliver results in a matrixed organization, engage, and inspire others around our common goal of improving health outcomes, and be passionate about the expanded role our pharmacy teams can play to improve our patient's health. Additional details: *Field Activation / Engagement * * Onboard and engage RD's, DL's, RPH managers on concepts and actions needed to support pre and post-launch * Develop the support structure for the field / store teams once programs are live (e.g., email, help line, etc.) * Manage DVP / RD / DL engagement points for the Health Services team *Field Sentiment / Feedback* * Develop and implement methods to collect field / colleague feedback, triage to the appropriate team for action and close the loop with the field (when appropriate)  *Other* * Develop highly polished and executive level materials * Consistently demonstrate strong communication skills with all levels of colleagues * Be willing to travel 25% of time *Required Qualifications* ·    3+ years of experience in operations or product development roles within the healthcare industry.   *Preferred Qualifications* ·                   Pharm D or equivalent ·                   MBA, MPH or related graduate degree ·                   Experience overseeing a P&L and leading execution to support financial results or program KPI's is preferred. ​ ·        *Technical Skills:*    Strong proficiency in PowerPoint & building very polished executive-level presentations  with experience in excel and other reporting tools ·        *Accountability:* Can own fast-paced deliverables with high-visibility with a passion for our mission ·        *Agility: *Must be able to function well in a “start-up”-like environment despite imperfect tools and resourcefully leverage what we have to deliver against goals  ·        *Growth Mindset:* Open to feedbacks and continuous learnings to become a subject matter expert  ·        *Joins Forces*: Easily able to work with people in and outside of your immediate team; and can strengthen the relationship every chance you work with a new partner  ·        *Strong time management skills and self-started:* Well-organized, data driven and comfortable managing multiple projects and ability to manage shifting priorities when needed  *Education* Bachelors Degree required *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $63,300.00 - $139,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
