We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. *Position Summary* The Manager role on the Health Plan Adherence Solutions team under the Retail Pharmacy Growth organization will be an integral part of a cross-functional group focused on the development, enhancement, and management of adherence products that can be packaged and sold to Health Plans as ways to improve and maintain their Adherence Stars ratings and bring in revenue to Retail Pharmacy. This team leads the opportunity identification, business case development, testing and incubation, scaled product management, and P&L management of the capabilities launched. Specifically, the Manager will directly influence and support the strategy for health plan medication adherence at CVS Pharmacy. The day-to-day experience of the role will vary from sourcing ideas to improve adherence, sizing opportunities, constructing business cases, and refining value propositions to support our partners in securing favorable contracts in the adherence product space. The manager is expected to have the ability to effectively communicate their work and provide clear recommendations to guide strategy. This position requires demonstrated, strong independent leadership skills to influence strategy and support decision making. The ideal candidate will also have strong collaboration and communication skills as it is necessary to work cross functionally. In addition, the individual must be able to independently interact with and influence a wide range of stakeholders and demonstrate a consistent track record of delivering results. Finally, an ideal candidate would be able to apply their knowledge of pharmacy and healthcare to their work—particularly focused on medication adherence. *Required Qualifications* 2+ years work experience *Preferred Qualifications* ·       Have a strong understanding of health services and retail pharmacy product development ·       Experience conducting independent market research or exploratory analyses to discover novel solutions and guide product strategy ·       Experience leading others through challenging work ·       Ability to influence stakeholders with tailored communications and have a track record for fostering a strong culture ·       Experience designing, assessing, and optimizing medication adherence programs ·       Ability to lead business case creations or in collaboration with stakeholders, while making informed assumptions or working with limited information ·       Ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to refine program strategy and value propositions ·       Have an in-depth knowledge of health systems and health services, as well as health economics, epidemiology, and data management ·       Analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills ·       Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed to meet deadlines ·       Ability to demonstrate teamwork and collaboration skillsets across a variety of business units and personality types ·       Ability to diagnose complex problems, seek insights beyond the immediately obvious, and recommend practical solutions ·       Strong attention to detail and strong organizational and prioritization skills ·       Advanced knowledge of and ability to lead others in Excel and SQL *Education* Required: Bachelors Preferred: MPH or MBA *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $63,300.00 - $139,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
