We are looking for a manager that will be deeply engaged in designing, developing, and leading the implementation of health equity strategic efforts for Retail Pharmacy grounded in public and population health methodologies. In this role, you will support the senior manager with overseeing a health equity data center of excellence while working cross-functionally across Retail Pharmacy and Enterprise Health Equity teams to enhance retail program and capabilities that close equity gaps and meet Enterprise Hearts and Minds goals. This role will also be responsible for leading and driving work assessing and enhancing existing programs and implementing best practices. This position is either hybrid or fully remote Main Roles and Responsibilities may include: * Stand up the retail pharmacy data and analytics center of excellence * Consolidate and own Retail Pharmacy health equity data and analytics roadmap * Lead brainstorm, build and roll out of program management tools and best practices * Oversee the successful delivery of timely, accurate analyses for program implementation * Use data-driven insights and have a deep understanding of patient and colleague experience * Develop presentations for leadership teams, key stakeholders and partners Capabilities: The ideal candidate brings a combination strategic and tactical problem-solving skills who understands what it takes to drive tangible change, can create a sense of urgency, make decisions quickly, and effectively influence others. This person should be able to demonstrate: * Structured and logical thinking with the ability to identify and define business problems and issues * Understanding of health equity lens and prior experience in population health * Solid relationship-building skills and the ability to foster effective working relationships across a cross-functional team * Enjoying working at pace in a dynamic environment * Can-do attitude and agility: must be able to function well in a “start-up” like environment * Going beyond expectations by thinking proactively with a solutions-oriented mindset * Intellectual curiosity and tenacity with ability and willingness to learn to understand and assist with solving complex problems * Advanced project management and office software application skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) *Required Qualifications* * 3+ years of experience leading work across stakeholders beyond immediate team * 1+ years of experience building presentations for leadership teams or customers/clients * 3+ years of experience in product design and development for healthcare * 3+ years of experience owning, management, and prioritizing a portfolio of concurrent projects/initiatives * 3+ years of experience in consulting, think tank or other healthcare organization (provider or payor network, healthcare technology startup, policy organization) *Preferred Qualifications* * Previous experience working with remote teams * Experience working in innovation and/or incubation settings * Change management experience is highly desired * Demonstrated knowledge of public health/population health and demographic trends, social determinants of health frameworks and systemic and social drivers of health equity * Experience applying public and population health methodologies in real-world settings * Strong analytical skills, with ability to think strategically and support with influencing business decisions from data analyses * Analytical competency to interpret performance results and build business cases   *Education* * Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $63,300.00 - $139,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
