Position Summary- As the Sr. Learning Consultant on the Individual Medicare Sales Learning and Performance team, you will have the opportunity to work on large scale projects and challenging education initiatives. Part of this role includes improving and synergizing the learning processes and tools to provide the best possible educational resources for the Aetna Medicare Sales team. This role focuses on adult learning principles using the ADDIE method and best-in-practice learning techniques. In addition, this role facilitates instructor-led and virtual programs focused on Medicare Product content and works cross-functionally with key stakeholders, partnering with business program owners to maintain training program curricula. The chosen candidate will be the learning and education expert, leading consultative meetings and partnering with leadership teams in a highly matrixed organization. They will create educational strategies and implement learning solutions that will deliver the desired business results. An ideal candidate for this role will be able to:  •    Work in a fast paced, collaborative environment and learns new information quickly. •    Manage multiple projects with varying degrees of complexity within tight timelines. •    Travel up to 40%. •    Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •    Interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization. •    Pay attention to detail with a quality mindset. •    Create engaging learning activities, compelling course content and supporting materials (audio, video, infographics, simulations, role plays, games etc.). •    Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design. •    Work with SMEs to identify target audience's training needs. •    Measure and assess learning effectiveness.  •    Ensure the successful development and transfer of learning.  •    Oversee the classroom environment and complex training situations.  •    Manage all aspects of student performance and respond to leadership feedback. *Required Qualifications* •    At least 8 years of experience in Corporate learning design and facilitation experience • Medicare experience required •Consulting and project management skills. •Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content • Work with SMEs to identify target audience's training needs • Set instructional goals and create content that matches them • Create instructional graphics (Infographics) • Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design • Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process • Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.) • Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course •Evaluate assessments and provide results and learning opportunities •Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% if needed *Preferred Qualifications*    • Proficient in Microsoft Office including SharePoint, Power point, Articulate 360, Vyond, or Learning Management Systems (LMS). •Excellent written and verbal communication skills interfacing with all levels •Attention to detail with process quality mindset •Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently •Demonstrated capability to deliver work in a multi-project team-oriented environment Education •    Bachelors Degree is preferred. •    Masters Degree is an asset.   *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $43,700.00 - $107,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
