As part of this dynamic team, you will be responsible for the planning, execution and documentation of all automation and manual testing activities for E2E and regression testing. Must have hands on experience with Test Automation & Test management tools to perform various types of testing (including in-sprint automation) to meet the needs of the projects. Communicates effectively with business and project stakeholders at various levels. Responsibilities: Lead the End-to-End testing strategy for a CRM application hosted on Salesforce service cloud. Lead and build related automated E2E and regression test suites Proactively identify and alleviate quality risks and help remove obstacles to release Assist in the attestation of the quality of builds deployed to production through regression testing Implement best practices consistent with SAFe agile development methodology. *Required Qualifications* Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce software quality assurance starting from planning to execution Minimum 5 years of experience developing, executing and analyzing automation tests. Hands on experience using Selenium, Java, Javascript. Comprehensive experience in functional, cross browser Automation using Selenium Web Driver Experience testing APIs and data integrations. Experience with configuration and customizations of salesforce including workflow rules, validation rules etc; Must be proficient in quality assurance life cycle including Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Cases and Defect Reports. Experience with Test Management tools – Rational Tool suite, JIRA. Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies.Strong understanding of Agile principles. Experience working in SAFe Agile environment. Outstanding communication skills *Preferred Qualifications* DevOps experience is preferred. Experience with IVR integration. *Education* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $97,335.00 - $201,900.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
