Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and challenges, and identify opportunities for leveraging AI technologies. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa, ensuring effective communication between business and technical teams. - Define and document business processes, workflows, and data models to support AI projects. - Assist with feasibility studies and analyze costs and risks associated with AI project implementation. - Perform thorough testing and validation of AI solutions to ensure their accuracy, reliability, and scalability. - Assist with monitoring and reporting the performance of deployed AI models and provide recommendations for their improvement and optimization. - Provide guidance and support to the development team during the implementation phase. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the AI or related field. - Experience with data analysis, business process modeling, and workflow analysis. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and strategically. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $60,300.00 - $132,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
