Job Description
As a Pharmacy Manager with Coram CVS/specialty infusion services you will lead a team in a growing segment of healthcare, home infusion services.

Key responsibilities
* Complete responsibility for management of the pharmacy department servicing patients receiving specialized and complex therapies administered in their homes.
* Monitor all daily operation activities of the pharmacy department with a focus on quality and efficiency promoting safety and limiting risk in the pharmacy.
*Partner with other pharmacy managers and work closely with the nursing team.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work. Manage subordinate managers who supervise other employees in the business office and clinical departments. Participate in on call rotation as indicated by staffing and business needs.

Required Qualifications
-Bachelors or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college or university.
-Current license to practice pharmacy

Preferred Qualifications
-One year related experience in an IV alternate site environment or equivalent is preferred.
-Ability to read, analyze, interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
-Ability to write and present information to managers, patients, nurses and physicians.
-Computer skills (word processing, database, spreadsheet programs)

B.S. or doctorate of pharmacy degree is required.
