Designs systems to execute Account Management strategy for complex accounts to meet profitable growth and cross-selling objectives. Assists in the management of member growth and retention objectives. *What you will do* * Establishes and implements programs and innovative initiatives for the organization to advance Account Management initiatives. * Forecasts changes within the Account Management industry, conducts business impact assessments, and develops modification strategies with the aid of process improvement methodologies. * Ensures appropriate margins and customer/membership retention targets are achieved through the renewal process. * Coaches clients on addressing regulatory issues and health care trends with potential impact on client benefit program strategy. * Determines market capitalization opportunities to drive competitive advantage. * Constructs complex financial decision recommendations. * Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities. *Necessary skills to be successful * * Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills * Adept at business intelligence * Adept at problem solving and decision making skills * Adept at collaboration and teamwork * Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills *Required Qualifications* - 4+ years in a sales and account management environment at an insurance carrier or insurance consulting firm or experience in customer facing and product areas. - Experience with large corporate customers. - Able to travel up to 25%. - Active Health Insurance license or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire. - Strong knowledge of Excel functionality for reporting and data analytics. - Strategy development. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent customer service skills. - High proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and other desktop applications. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, stressful environment. *Preferred Qualifications* - Located in Northeast - Established broker/consultant relationships *Education* - Bachelor' Degree or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience) *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $63,300.00 - $139,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
