CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our team! The Senior Analyst will join the Financial Account Service team. Responsibilities of the position includes: * Performing day to day accounting tasks related to the fixed assets for Aetna. * Complete mass additions and month end closing procedures for fixed assets. * Reconcile fixed asset ledger to general ledger asset accounts monthly. * Perform monthly SOX control tasks specific to fixed assets system * Prepare and analyze fixed asset reports for management review and financial reporting. * Prepare the monthly lease entries for Finance, Real Estate, and Equipment across the Aetna Organization. * Reconcile leased asset and remaining liabilities to the general ledger on a monthly basis * Develop and implement of strategies to optimize the company's fixed asset and lease processes and procedures. * Collaborate with teams across the company to ensure proper accounting for fixed assets and leases. * Serve as audit coordinator within the FAS team to ensure timely compliance with audit requests. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. *Required Qualifications* * 2+ years of experience in a corporate accounting department or similar finance role * 2+ years of expertise in Microsoft Excel (i.e.: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, large multiple data files, etc.). *Preferred Qualifications* * Computer skills including but not limited to Accounting Software, Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, and Windows. * Mandatory expertise in Microsoft Excel (i.e.: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, large multiple data files, etc.).  * Uses knowledge/experience to solve complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions.  * Strong organizational skills.  * Strong Analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.  * Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.  *Education* * Bachelor's Degree required, concentration in Accounting or Finance preferred. *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $43,700.00 - $107,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
