We are looking for a team member that will work with key business partners to intake inquiries, define requirements, complete data analysis, development and work very closely with partners to ensure the final resolution meets providers' needs. * This role is responsible for providing resolutions to complex claims or other provider issues and developing and tracking reports to meet business needs. Analysis, resolution determination, implementation, and quality checking of completed inquiries will be facilitated through the QNXT platform and other resources. * The report types can vary from operational reporting, regulatory, statutory and compliance. * This individual will work with other resources on the team that will assist with defining requirements and coordinating meetings with key end users. * Training on the tools and processes used to extract and analyze data will be completed by an existing Business Analyst. * The ideal candidate would have the following expertise and experience: MS Excel; Oracle SQL query language; QNXT; EDI Remedy. *Required Qualifications* * 3-5 years of data interpretation and analysis experience, particularly related to claims. * 1-3 years of dedicated experience with databases as well as interpretation and manipulation of related data. * 3-5 years of Healthcare experience. *Preferred Qualifications* * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Pennsylvania Medicaid/CHIP claims experience a plus. *Education* * B.S or Equivalent work experience *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $43,700.00 - $102,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
