This role will serve as a State and Federal Surprise Bill technical subject matter expert for various responsibilities including, operational claim reporting, QuickBase building and reporting, Tableau dashboards and reporting, and other business/technical support for the Strategic Initiative teams. *This position will be responsible for managing multiple day-to-day processes including:* * Build Tableau dashboards and reports * Maintain State Surprise Bill QuickBase and provide solutions to improve processes and reporting efficiencies * Create complex claim queries to support internal team requirements * Self-motivated to identify opportunities for process improvement and strives to simplify overly complex processes * Translate business requirements into technical specifications for report development * Meet with cross-functional areas to understand and facilitate data requests * Influence changes/enhancements to business processes to increase automation *Required Qualifications* * Knowledge of data and QuickBase reporting platform * Advanced proficiency experience with Microsoft Suite: Excel (formulas/pivot tables/etc.), PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook * At least 1 year of experience working with Tableau for data visualization and analytics * Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability * Solid communicator both written and verbal with strong attention to detail * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without direction, and ability to prioritize work effectively * Demonstrates the ability to be flexible and creative in a fast paced, constantly changing environment *Preferred Qualifications* * Experience with health insurance data and operations * Experienced in relational databases, data systems and data warehouses * Experience with ACAS claim processing *Education* Bachelor's Degree or 2 years equivalent work experience *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $43,700.00 - $107,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
