Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product-pricing, sales, campaign operations, digital marketing analytics, and data growth analytics colleagues, this role ensures a cohesive and synergistic approach to achieving overarching growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: * Develop Evidence-Based B2C Marketing Strategies by creation of models such as Segmentation, LTV, Marketing Mix, Survival, and propensity models, implementation of A/B testing and experimental design with impact measurement/tracking and development of dashboards/reports to facilitate data-driven insight generation and decision-making. * Drive analytical innovation to address unresolved B2C Marketing challenges. * Attend weekly strategy, reporting, and update meetings throughout the year. * Discuss the efficiency, growth, and value of ongoing marketing campaigns. * Lead pre-campaign setup for B2C campaigns, including audience pulling, data cleaning, and audience sizing to budget. * Ensure onboarding of final approved audiences to the current advertising platform. * Utilize Test/Control Analysis and media data to measure campaign incrementality and identify future improvements. * Evaluate and report on advertising spend in-flight, providing insights on overall ad standard performance. * Conduct after-campaign reporting, aligning enrollment with paid advertising campaigns and report on enrollment/audience quality and engagement, verifying audiences and overseeing the deployment of direct mail and emails. *Required Qualifications:* * 3+ years of analytically driven experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing and/or growth strategy. * 3+ years of recent hands-on modeling experience using statistical (frequentist and/or Bayesian), machine learning, or deep learning methods. Use cases include multi-touch attribution (MTA), marketing mix models (MMM), and/or customer segmentation. * 3+ years of programming experience with Python or R, SQL, Tableau (or similar visualization tools). *Preferred Qualifications:* * 6+ years of model development in a marketing context in Insurance space * 3+ leading projects and meetings with stakeholders * Experience with GCP a plus. * Strong understanding and practical experience in various types of AI, including machine learning, deep learning, and other emerging AI technologies relevant to growth analytics in the healthcare space. * A proven track record of cross-collaboration in a matrixed organization. *Education* Bachelor's degree in business or quantitative field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience. *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $106,605.00 - $206,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
