We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. *Position Summary* As the Senior FP& A Analyst, you will be responsible for the following: *    Management of the Telesales, Admin and Sales Kits Budgets and Reporting* * Development and formulation of the annual budgets. * Preparation of quarterly forecasts. * Participation in the month-end close process; Expense (AP) tracking, accrual bookings and variance commentary. * Provide year-round budget analysis; identifies trends and advises Senior Management on matters affecting budget needs. * Consuls with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all call campaigns are adequately funded in accordance with rate/volume/budget changes in order to facilitate long term planning. * Provides research and analytical support to internal customers including, but not limited to: financial analysis, data analysis, trend identification, as well as monitoring and summarizing the progress of promotions. * Researches, evaluates, and implements new expense business models to help guide future decisions based upon budgetary impacts. * Researches and makes recommendations on cost saving measures. * Analyze, explain, and present the financial performance of the business operating plan to Finance department. * Communicate monthly performance results to vendors and internal Telesales team. * Medicare Sales Finance* *  Assists with the annual budget, quarterly forecast and month-end close process. * Provides oversight of existing reports and dashboards, works to continuously underwrite the quality of that reporting and its sources of data. Works to improve and add new data to those reports and dashboards. *  Leads delivery of detailed analyses and reports to Senior Leadership regarding quarterly financial performance. * Mentors, and helps to develop a team of Cost Center Managers/Marketing Specialist. Serves as a direct reference and knowledge expert for all escalated issues including Tableau and Excel troubleshooting. * Performs other appropriate duties as assigned. **********The position will be Hybrid************* *Required Qualifications* * 5 years of experience in Finance and or Accounting * 5 years of experience managing large budgets and tracking actuals to plan * Experience presenting analysis to various levels of leadership *Preferred Qualifications* * Vendor relationship management experience *Education* * Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or 9 years of equivalent work experience   *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $63,300.00 - $139,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
