In this high impact role, you will be responsible for retaining and strengthening relationships with brokers and assigned General Agencies, and assist with the execution of long and short-term broker distribution strategies. The Senior Manager will represents Aetna in the marketplace by articulating how Aetna products and services can contribute to constituents' objectives. Furthermore, you will: - Consistently develops mutually rewarding working relationships with key client groups to ensure renewal of case and retention. - Offers creative product and service solutions to address client's evolving needs. - Educates brokers and General Agents on Aetna specific policies, product information, and procedures as well as industry issues and related current topics. - Organizes and delivers Aetna broker events, including broker seminars on topics related to sales production and growth reviews for preferred producers. - Escalates complex or significant product or service issues to the functional support area. - Regularly monitors industry information and the competitive environment of the marketplace to position Aetna's strength accordingly. - Supports team in developing productive and collaborative internal partnerships to create a comprehensive growth and service strategy for assigned book of business. - Ensures alignment with customer's objectives, financial position, and employee benefit strategy while providing cross-sell opportunities and profitable revenue and growth. *Required Qualifications* One to five+ years of health insurance sales and/or related account management experience *Preferred Qualifications* IFP Sales experience strongly preferred. *Education* Associates degree or equivalent work experience *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $67,900.00 - $166,000.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
