We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. *Position Summary* As a Senior Manager, Client Experience your primary responsibilities are to support our Sales and Account Service and Implementation teams for a large health plan's Medicaid, Exchange and Commercial markets in all areas that are unique to these business segments. You will be dedicated to the client Carelon/Elevance, one of the largest and most visible clients in the health plan book of business. You will be responsible to ensure that any client-specific operational requirement related to Medicaid, Exchange and Commercial are compliant with all state and federal regulatory requirements, legislation, state contracts, memos, etc. You will work directly with Sales and Account Services teams on client management, supplementing account team roles where expertise on regulatory items is required. You play a critical role in ensuring that the actions of the business areas and account teams conform to the required regulatory and operational standards. Additionally you may assist in the issue management process and client communications surrounding operational issues, where issues are complex and have significant impact. You will proactively work with business partners and with the client to identify requirements; for example, s/he should review regulations, contracts as well as other information and guide the account team and business in areas that require action related to this specific client and the market segments in which it has members. You will partner with and mentor other members of the Client Experience team. You may develop and/or refine new procedures for how the team operates to meet the needs of other health plan clients and to ensure regulatory compliance. To be a candidate for this role you will possess the following: * Proactive drive to understand and resolve issues and proven experience working with clients to resolve issues and minimize future risk * Ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team * Ability to dive into details and summarize key elements to a senior audience * Excellent communication skills * Knowledge and understanding of government regulated health programs (Medicare, Medicaid, and/or Exchanges) * Experience working cross-functionally to implement operational changes because of federal and/or state policy guidance * Experience interpreting federal and/or state policy guidance **This is a work from home role, candidates can live anywhere in the US.** *Required Qualifications* * A minimum of 8 years healthcare experience, preferably within Government Programs * 8 or more years of client facing experience * A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience working with clients to gain alignment to ensure government program compliance *Preferred Qualifications* * PBM experience * Sales or Account Management experience * Advanced Degree *Education* * Bachelor's Degree required, equivalent experience may be considered *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $75,400.00 - $174,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
