You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications. You will also coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle. *Responsibilities:* * Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers. * Manage and monitor project performance, quality, and progress against baselines and milestones. * Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and dependencies, and escalate as needed. * Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and best practices for IT project management. * Lead and motivate project teams, assign tasks, and provide guidance and feedback. * Communicate project status, issues, and expectations to senior management and stakeholders regularly and effectively. * Manage project change requests and ensure alignment with project scope and objectives. * Coordinate and manage project resources, vendors, and consultants, and ensure timely delivery of products and services. * Conduct project reviews, lessons learned, and post-implementation evaluations. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business, and external vendors. *Required Qualifications* * 3+ years of experience in IT technology project management, preferably in a senior role. * Multiple years' proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale and complex IT programs / projects. * Multiple years' demonstrated experience in program / project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, such as PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, etc. * Multiple years' demonstrated proficient in MS Project, MS Office, and other project management software and applications *Preferred Qualifications* * Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. * Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent is preferred. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. *Education* * Bachelor's degree or, equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience) *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $72,100.00 - $154,500.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
