This position requires in-depth knowledge of financial system process flows and broad accounting impact, in order to ensure transactional activity is processed accurately and timeline, and downstream systems are not compromised. *Required Qualifications* * 1+ years of Accounting/analytical experience * 1+ years' experience with problem solving/root cause analysis * 1+ years of Microsoft knowledge, specifically ACCESS, EXCEL, MSTeams, etc. and/or similar database, spreadsheet tools *Preferred Qualifications* * Retail experience (3+ years) * Intermediate knowledge of Financial systems and data flows (e.g. S4, SAP, ReconNET, Cadency, etc.) * Prior supervisory experience * Strong interpersonal skills (including effective verbal, written skills) * High-level time-management and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and use appropriate judgement and discretion * Understanding of basic accounting terminology *Education Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree: BA/Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience *Business Overview* At CVS Health, we are joined in a common purpose: helping people on their path to better health. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
