We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. *Position Summary* This supervisory position oversees several non-exempt individuals responsible for day-to-day Sales Audit processes for the weekly and calendar sales close, paidout/special receipt, and over/short reviews functions. This position requires in-depth knowledge of financial system process flows and broad accounting impact, in order to ensure transactional activity is processed accurately and timeline, and downstream systems are not compromised. *Required Qualifications* * 1+ years of Accounting/analytical experience * 1+ years' experience with problem solving/root cause analysis * 1+ years of Microsoft knowledge, specifically ACCESS, EXCEL, MSTeams, etc. and/or similar database, spreadsheet tools *Preferred Qualifications* * Retail experience (3+ years) * Intermediate knowledge of Financial systems and data flows (e.g. S4, SAP, ReconNET, Cadency, etc.) * Prior supervisory experience * Strong interpersonal skills (including effective verbal, written skills) * High-level time-management and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and use appropriate judgement and discretion * Understanding of basic accounting terminology *Education Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree: BA/Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience *Business Overview* At CVS Health, we are joined in a common purpose: helping people on their path to better health.
