Duke Cardiology of Lumberton is seeking a talented BC/BE Electrophysiologist to join its established community-based faculty practice, Southeastern Health Heart and Vascular, located in Lumberton, North Carolina. Candidates will have completed fellowship training in electrophysiologist and be board certified or board eligible in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.
Duke Heart has partnered with Southeastern Health for 2 decades to build a robust heart and vascular program. The cardiology practice consists of three interventional cardiologists, one non-invasive cardiologist, and four advanced practice providers. Call is shared evenly among all group members. Duke physicians and surgeons of Southeastern Health Heart and Vascular perform interventional procedures, electrophysiology procedures, peripheral vascular procedures, and cardiac surgery. The practice includes:
- Cardiac Cath Lab, Coronary and Peripheral Diagnostic and Therapeutic Interventions, including 24X7 STEMI coverage
- Dedicated EP Lab to support catheter ablation and device implantation
- Cardiovascular Imaging- echo, PVRs, carotids, arterial duplex, exercise and dobutamine stress testing
- Vein Clinic
- Ambulatory cardiac monitoring
- Pacemaker and ICD Clinic
- Medical Cardiology including CHF
- CVICU and dedicated cardiology Progressive Care Unit
