Job Summary:
The IT System Analyst works as a member of the IT Team and participates in the development and design of owned applications. The Analyst is required to gain an in-depth knowledge of Onbase and Rightfax solutions. The Analyst will communicate, collaborate to review the software, analyze business operations, and work with end users to tailor the system to the organization. This includes current state and future state mapping and workflow development, application design and development, testing, issue resolution, application integration, implementation, and ongoing support activities.

Job Essentials:

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.

  • Epic Ambulatory certified strongly preferred but not required.
  • Experience in epic onboarding workstation mapping.  (i.e TDR, LOM, EPR, LWS,  and OTX mapping) 
  • Minimum of two years' experience with OnBase and RightFax solutions
  • Experience in health care IT is preferred.
  • Excellent customer support skills
  • Able to remain flexible and adaptable with respect to changing end-user needs
  • Able to demonstrate critical thinking through the willingness to see things in an open-minded way and examine an idea or concept from as many angles as possible
  • Able to remain dependable through the willingness to take ownership of work activities and ensure that they are completed in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner

Education Requirements: 

Bachelors' degree preferred in computer science major or relevant healthcare field
