ENSCO is seeking an innovative, creative, and highly motivated individual to support the U.S. Space Force, Space Systems Command's MILSATCOM Program through the MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (MSEIT) contract.  This position, located in Colorado Springs, CO, will support a diverse set of strategic MILSATCOM systems and infrastructure in a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment.

Duties include:
•    Define and implement the process for managing Stakeholder Integration across the SMC SATCOM portfolio
•    Lead a small, dispersed team (3-5 persons) providing Stakeholder Integration and engineering for emerging MILSATCOM programs at SMC
•    Provide subject matter expertise in operations, acquisitions, and HQ function for the Protected Tactical programs
•    Work closely with Joint Leadership and Industry Partners, including: USSF/USSPACE, SMDC/ARSTRAT, NAVWAR, USSTRATCOM and other COCOMs, Service, DISA, International Partners, and Industry
•    Develop, socialize, and integrate Models Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) products into the MILSATCOM portfolio
•    Ensure traceability from DoD-level capability gaps down to system-level technical requirements
•    Integrate architectural products with requirements, schedule, and risk to provide a comprehensive decision-ready toolkit to Chief Engineers and Program Managers
 

Qualifications

•    Master's degree in technical discipline
•    2+ years' experience conducting Military Space Operations
•    2+ years in International Partners
•    Professional certifications, such as INCOSE CSEP, ESEP, or PMP
•    Familiarity with MBSE
•    Agile development certification
•    International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) certification
•    Active Secret or higher clearance

Requirements

•    Bachelor's degree in engineering, math, physics, or computer science, or network and telecommunications
•    15+ years overall applicable experience
•    10+ years in space-related systems
•    5+ years in MILSATCOM
•    2+ years in space acquisitions
•    2+ years' experience at MAJCOM/COCOM
•    Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate ideas, recommendations and options to customers, senior leaders, and stakeholders
•    Strong interpersonal skills, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills
•    Capable in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•    US Citizenship and the ability to obtain an active Secret clearance required to be considered for the position
