Finance Project Manager 

We are seeking an experienced candidate to join our finance team, with a proven track record of driving transformational initiatives within finance; including implementation of new technologies. The ideal candidate will assist/collaborate with leadership to push operational excellence; by assessing finance operational risk and deducing process improvement, system implementation, and internal control opportunities. This role demands adaptability to thrive in a forward-thinking environment and effective collaboration with stakeholders across the organization to enable change.

What you will be doing:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of finance operations, to assist in identifying process maturity gaps, and devising effective solution strategies
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to develop comprehensive solutions and project initiatives
• Drive the transformation program roadmap, contributing to successful implementations and operational stability
• Participate in thought leadership for the finance operational processes and systems strategies
• Influence operational teams to embrace and succeed in adopting new processes and controls
• Facilitate seamless communication across program projects, proactively identifying and addressing risks and opportunities for improvement
• Assist in development of business requirements, process maps, and vision for future state processes and controls
• Deploy frameworks/processes to measure and manage system implementations, focusing on business value
• Collaborate on effective approaches for crafting solutions and managing change in novel domains (e.g. artificial intelligence, robotic process automation)

What could set you apart:

• 5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• Experience in process automation, artificial intelligence, and internal control design preferred
• Master of Business Administration/Masters in Accounting preferred CPA preferred
• Experience in system development life cycle/implementation strategies preferred
