The Job:

Join our dynamic team as a Product Triage Developer! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of resolving customer support cases, bridging the gap between support, professional services, and product development. You'll dive deep into each issue, meticulously collecting and analyzing data to pinpoint root causes and deliver actionable insights to our development team.

What you will be doing:

  • Collect detailed information: Gather comprehensive data from customer support for reported cases.
  • Troubleshoot and replicate: Dive into each case, isolating issues in a controlled environment to identify root causes.
  • Write detailed diagnoses: Craft thorough reports pinpointing whether issues stem from implementation or product defects, enabling swift resolution.

What you will likely bring:

  • 3+ years applicable experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Passion for learning: Dive into our software and its diverse applications across various industries to drive continuous improvement.

What could set you apart:

  • Experience in manufacturing software (ERP and CAD).
  • Expertise in QA, Salesforce, or JavaScript.
