Description

Administers accounts throughout the bankruptcy, foreclosure, OREO and/or Non-Accrual processes. Compiles, updates, and analyzes the necessary documentation and information needed to complete related administrative items. Properly files legal materials and responds to correspondence and inquiries from customers and attorneys. Monitors accounts throughout the bankruptcy, foreclosure and/or OREO processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Acquires copies of Chapter 13 Plans, coordinates the approval of reaffirmation agreements or other documents and agreements. Produces departmental reports, maintains accurate files, and works closely with Loan Workout Officers and Foreclosure/OREO Officer(s). Strong organizational and communication skills required as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Essential Job Responsibilities

1. Administers accounts throughout the bankruptcy, foreclosure, OREO and/or Non-Accrual processes.

2. Compiles, updates, and analyzes the necessary documentation and information needed to complete the required administrative items.

3. Properly files legal materials and responds to correspondence and inquiries from customers and attorneys.

4. Stays up-to-date on all state bankruptcy laws and regulations if necessary.

5. Monitors accounts throughout the bankruptcy, foreclosure, and/or OREO processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Acquires copies of Chapter 13 Plans and coordinates the approval of reaffirmation agreements or other documents and agreements.

7. Produces departmental reports, maintains accurate files, and works closely with Loan Workout Officers and Foreclosure/OREO Officer(s).

8. Provides Collectors with Commercial Delinquency Reports to determine whether loans should be placed in non-accrual status.

9. Prepares maintenances for loans being placed in non-accrual status, completes reporting such as Additions and Deletions, and balances non-accrual loans and to reports and the General Ledger.

10. Processes payments and assist with or properly route clients' inquires.

Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications

1. Associate's degree in related field or equivalent experience required.

2. A minimum of three (3) years related work experience is required.

3. Excellent computer, analytical, and mathematical skills are required. Proficiency in MS Office software required.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal relations skills required.

5. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to as necessary.
