To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Director, Supply Chain Solution located in Port Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah, Johor.

What a typical day looks like:

• Interface Customers to define their needs with regards to materials process design and system support - and drive implementation. Enable new business opportunities, through supply chain solutions design/configuration. Responsible for directing and leading the implementation of strategies for effective materials process design and system support to deliver the maximum advantage to the business (segment) and customers.

• Lead and direct the project team in identifying, communicating and implementing strategies for effective material process design and system support.

• Participate in global projects supporting design/development/testing of new supply chain solutions.

• Design & implement global tools and solutions in order to meet Customer needs and GPSC Goals.

• Guide in the process improvement and best practice definition.

• Provide advice to Project Team to achieve goals in accordance with established policies.

• Select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

• Regularly interact with executives and major clients which may result in influencing and/or persuading customer negotiations.

• Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Possesses a Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 15 years of working experience in the related field is required
