Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Financial Analyst - Finance Centre of Excellence in Coimbatore.

What a typical day looks like:

• knowledge of Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, PL, Cash Flow)

• knowledge of Chart of Accounts

• Ability to learn new accounting concepts and apply them to the job

• Ability to read policies and procedures and apply them

• Should have attitude to learn more and excel and not just a moderate performer

• Should possess good communication and presentation skills

• Knowledge / working experience on EPM  – previous experience advantageous

• BAAN ERP knowledge preferred but not compulsory

• Hands on MS Office tools (excel, ppt, word, access (great if avaialable) )

• Should be process oriented and develop new skill sets such as LEAN office, Six Sigma

• Should be able to identify process improvements and help transform them into active projects

• Should give importance to confidentiality and treat finance data with utmost confidentiality complying with Flex Data protection policy.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Qualifications- B. Com / B.C.S / M.Com / MBA /BBA/ BBM , any other commerce and Accounts Stream degree

• Experience 4 to 7 yr.

• Assertive communication. Good written and Oral communication skills

• Basic understanding of accounting policies and procedures

• Good presentation and communication skills

• Ability to work closely with the team members and customers

• Eagerness and willingness to learn new concepts

• Develop ability to work with cross teams like GL, Legal and other's

• Knowledge of US GAAP.
