To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Global Industrial Engineer Senior Manager located in Guadalajara, South Campus.

Reporting to the Business Excellence Director, Global Industrial Engineering Senior Manager role involves providing direct contribution to teams according to established policies and goals. Demonstrates skills in guiding and/or facilitating.

What a typical day looks like:

• Define a standardized business process for Industrial Engineering in setting standards, performing operation resources analysis, and optimizing resources to support Flex business.
• Define governance protocol to support Flex Future Factory through efficient factory IE's works and utilizing standardized tools and system.
• Lead and facilitate a platform for the Industrial Engineering community to participate in joint activities, discussions, problem-solving opportunities, information sharing, and relationship building to enable collective learning.
• Lead & standardize tools related with capacity analysis (DL, IDL, HC Equipment). Calculation and production line balance. Method Time & Movements Studies. Financial Investment Projects Evaluation. SLP (Systematic Lay Out Planning), Factory Space Management & Strategic Growth Plan.
• Work Cells Design, Lean Manufacturing Tools and Philosophy implementation (VSM, STD Work, Heijunka).
• Technical capabilities development source for Industrial Engineering by partnering with internal (CAP IE) and external providers.
• Transformation. Coach and facilitate transformation activities through Global IE working groups, which comprise committees from all sites.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent English.
• Hands-on related experience.
• Previous experience as Industrial Engineering Manager.
• Previous experience in manufacturing industry.
• Must be able to guide direct projects based on business initiatives and customer needs.
• Demonstrates detailed expertise in very complex situations and multiple areas.
• Comprehends the strategic impact of the function across sites.
• Experience using AutoCAD is also a plus.
