To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Process Engineering Technician located in Austin, Tx .

Work Shift - 1st Shift 4X10 0500a-0300p Mon-Thur

What a typical day looks like:

  • Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible processes.
  • High level participation in daily production activities and effective problem solving on daily issues.
  • Support new process introduction (NPI) and production environments.
  • Participate in activities pertaining to safety, cycle time, process, and yield improvements.
  • Provide training to production personnel for new processes, equipment, tooling, material, etc.
  • Some equipment preventative maintenance tasks required.
  • Document issues, improvements, processes, etc.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Understand the manufacturing processes, technologies, techniques, products and materials.
  • Have the capability to independently or together with other engineering stakeholders identify root causes of failures and implement corrective actions in the manufacturing process.
  • Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience
  • Associate's Degree in related field a plus
  • Familiarity with electronics manufacturing and IPC
