Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Podiatrist. This is a great opportunity for an individual who would like to excel at a smaller practice and see the rewards of their hard work. Responsibilities will include diagnosing and treating injuries, infections, and chronic conditions, providing orthotics and biomechanics services, and managing diabetes-related foot issues for patients. Flexible surgery schedule and no call at our office. We are looking for a team player who is eager and motivated. Partnership is an option for the right candidate.
Qualifications
- Experience in biomechanics and providing orthotics services for patients
- Thorough understanding of diabetic foot care and management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- Licensed by South Carolina Board of Podiatry Examiners
- Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine degree from an accredited college of podiatric medicine
- Completion of a 3-year podiatric medicine and surgery residency program
- Certification by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine or the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery is a plus
