Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for reviewing, coordinating and managing product (vehicle) sponsorships opportunities
  • Responsible for marketing product requests - order entry (Oracle), delivery, staging, and return
  • Coordinates product sponsorships with marketing team to help optimize ROI
  • Maintain list of partnerships and vehicle owners to coordinate for event/promotional efforts
  • Maintains promotional budget, provides reports on spend & ROI
  • Coordinates marketing promotional vehicle needs (for marketing, installation, fitment needs)
  • Collaborates with other team members to assist in meeting marketing goals
  • Participates on forums/SM groups with marketing messaging
  • Responsible for sourcing products (internally/externally) for promotional vehicle needs
  • Responsible for sourcing products (internally/externally) for employee vehicle needs
  • Responsible for any order entry/billing related to promotional/employee vehicle needs
  • Responsible for decal/sticker/promotional requests
  • Assists with event operational needs (prep, orders, driving, attending)
  • Assist with facilitating promotional campaigns for retail sales, social media, and event activation

Specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

  • Automotive background and interest in truck/offroad aftermarket
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Organizational and coordination skills
  • Oracle ERP  Experience a plus (OJT available)

Education:

GED or Bachelors Degree
