The budgeted annual salary that the University reasonably expects to offer for this position is $70,679.
The full internal range is $61,925-$83,780
Essential Functions
- Work closely with employees, HR partners, and managers to facilitate leave requests and accommodations.
- Advise employees regarding leave, accommodation, and benefits-related inquiries, providing timely & accurate information.
- Assist with the enrollment process, including communication, education, and coordination with benefits vendors and systems
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs utilizing our preferred vendor software including health, dental, vision, retirement, tuition waiver, life and disability insurance, wellness programs, and leave administration.
- Conduct in-person trainings and presentations, such as new employee orientations.
- Provide in-person support to employees and managers
- Maintain and update benefits records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations including HIPAA

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of leaves or benefits experience.
- In place of Bachelor's degree, direct experience working with benefit and leaves programs can offset education requirement on a year for year basis.

Physical Demands
- Most duties are performed sitting, but also involve occasional walking and standing, bending, carrying and lifting up to 30 pounds.
- Performs a substantial amount of computer keyboard work requiring extensive wrist and hand movements.
