GreenScape Associates office is located in Richmond, Texas and is a respected leader in the landscape industry in the Gulf Coast Texas Region. Our primary markets are commercial construction for industrial development, planned communities, special development projects, municipal and educational entities along with commercial property maintenance.
GreenScape Associates also markets to new residential construction and major renovation where a full design, landscape and hardscape service will provide an entirely unique outdoor environment.
You will be responsible for maintaining the design divisions schedule, manage project deadlines, develop design contracts, prepare designs from conception through design development, preparing construction documents, specifications, site inspections through project completion and preparing punch list.
Project types vary in size and type focusing on community development, parks, schools K-12 and retail developments.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proficient with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- SketchUp & Photoshop Knowledge Preferred
GENERAL SKILLS
- Bachelors' degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
- 2-5 years of professional experience documenting and designing landscape projects
- Valid Driver's License / Clear record for commercial insurance approval
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Can work independently as well as in a team environment
- Be personable and able to connect with clients and team members
