Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking to employ a Board Certified/Board Eligible Infectious Disease physician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional care for patients with infectious disease issues and actively contribute to educational and training initiatives while participating in quality improvement activities within the field of infectious diseases.

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical infectious disease consultation and coverage within the Hackensack University Hospital system
- Participate in Divisional initiatives to improve patient care quality
- Participate in and direct the teaching of medical residents, fellows, and students rotating through the Infectious Disease Service
- Participate in administrative, quality and educational/training activities including but not limited to residency recruitment, teaching, mentoring, and improvement activities.
Requirements Include
- D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Infectious Disease Fellowship
- Qualifications as an Attending physician at the Medical Center
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases
- Obtain or have the ability to obtain State of New Jersey Medical License, DEA and CDS
