The Licensed Clinical Social Worker treats patients by utilizing a variety of modalities as a memeber of the multidisciplinary clinical treatment team. Alo provides psychological/social interventions that support patients and families relation to behavioral health, levels of care, hospitalization, disease and illness and wellness and recovery.

We have a few great opportunities for Full-time and Part-time Licensed Clinical Social Workers to work onsite and hybrid in the North, Central and Southern regions of NJ! Our positions include:
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Psychiatry: Requires an NJ LCSW with minimum of 2 years experience in with evidence-based psychotherapy (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.), Full-time, Northern location, Hybrid
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Pediatrics: Requires a n NJ LCSW with minimum of 2 years experience, Part-time, Central location
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker: Requires an LCSW and requires 2 years of post-licensure experience with a specific focus on the 0-3 population (https://www.healthysteps.org), Full-time, Southern location, Onsite

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW).
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure work experience.
  • Ability to perform psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Knowledge of crisis intervention theory, its application in variety of settings, as well as knowledge of disease management and disease process and differential diagnoses, and treatment techniques.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, while building collaborative relationships.
  • Must possess excellent follow through and attention to detail.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

Education, Knowledge, Skilla and Abilities Preffered:

  • Ability to provide guidance/mentorship to other team members.

Licenses and Certifications Required:

  • NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
