Job Summary and Qualifications Job Description: The Echo Technician is a participating member of a multidisciplinary team providing cardiac diagnostics for HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital. Knowledge base of cardiac anatomy and physiology with understanding of adult heart disease and recognition of cardiac pathology is required. Echo technologist is responsible for performing cardiovascular testing including, but not limited to TEE, TTE, Echo with saline, contract, & stress echo. This position requires knowledge of daily operations of the ECHO Department including clinical, clerical duties and standardized reporting systems. Must comply with IAC Standards and guidelines.

• 2 year Associate Degree/Diploma
• Graduate of accredited echocardiography program
• Registered RCDS or RCS

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).

HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital is a 380-bed acute-care hospital. Offering a full range of services. We are home to the most experienced Heart Institute on the Treasure Coast. Lawnwood Hospital provides interventional and therapeutic care, including open-heart surgery.
