Job Summary:

Join us on the seacoast.  Portsmouth Regional Hospital is seeking a Core Faculty Rheumatologist physician to join our GME Programs. Our program is new, advancing our first complement of residents.

Qualified Candidates:

• Adaptability, creativity, and enthusiasm for academia
• Strong team building, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Licensed to practice in New Hampshire (or able to obtain license)
• Graduate of an accredited Rheumatology residency program
• Active certification by the American Board of Rheumatology
• Additional characteristics of qualified applicants include adaptability, creativity, as well as enthusiasm for teaching and quality patient care

About our Residency Program

We are fortunate to have the active engagement of physicians and peers not only from our own Portsmouth Regional Hospital, but also from other academic centers such as Barbara Bush Children's Hospital and Southern New Hampshire Medical Center and from several affiliated practices in the region.  Since we are a new program, our residents have the unique opportunity to contribute to building the culture of our residency community in conjunction with our two other residencies – Internal Medicine and Psychiatry.
