Part of the Sarah Cannon Cancer Network, HCAs Mission Health in Asheville, NC is seeking the recruitment of a full-time BC/BE Medical Oncologist with a subspecialty interest in Breast Oncology. This medical oncologist will join members of the existing multidisciplinary breast cancer team that includes representatives from surgical and gynecological oncology, radiation oncology, breast imaging, and pathology.

The vertical integration of these physicians into a dedicated breast cancer program will further enhance the patient experience, the quality of care, and patient access to clinical trials within the Mission Health System. Mission Healths comprehensive cancer program includes advance practice providers, clinical navigators, an integrative health program, survivorship program, physical therapy, nutritional services, psycho-oncology, and expertise in interventional radiology. The inpatient service is supported by a full time advanced practitioner who facilitates rounding and the management of patients admitted from the practice. This opportunity includes employment though HCA, offering competitive compensation as well as a comprehensive benefits package. This position, however, does not offer visa support.
