Job Summary Job Description Summary
(Acct Svcs) This Position Is Responsible For Reviewing And Verifying The Billing Information And Setup For New And Complex Aso Accounts Meet Customer Requirements, Including Preparing Worksheet Ledgers, Database Entries, And Custom Formats Needed To Support Billing. Reviewing And Processing Weekly And Monthly Billing And Settlement Statements, Including Applying And Verifying Adjustments And Balancing Accounts. Tracking Payments, Producing Necessary Journal Entries, And Escalating Or Initiating Collection On Delinquencies. Reviewing Administration Payments For Self-Billed Groups To Identify And Correct Membership Mismatches. Monitoring And Clearing Exception Reports. Processing Account Annual Renewals And Terminations/Bankruptcies. Documenting Processes And Procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Management OR 4 years accounting experience.
*Knowledge of basic accounting.
*MS Office and Access.
*Experience with Financial Systems.
*Statistical data analysis.
*Good grammar, clear, concise communication with appropriate word choice.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
*Customer service experience.
*1 year experience Account reconciliation experience.
