Job Summary This position is responsible for managing, developing and maintaining harmonious working relationships with assigned providers; assigning responsibilities to team members; and training, counseling, and other supervisory responsibilities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's and 5 years related experience OR 9 years of related experience
  • At least 1 year in a management/leadership capacity
  • Verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of corporate personnel and assigned providers.
  • Demonstrated analytical abilities and proficient planning skills; negotiation skills; and ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Team player/people oriented.
  • Ability and willingness to travel

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong Medicaid managed care experience
  • Knowledge of provider data management systems ie. Salesforce, Tableau

* This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote weekly.
