Job Summary This position is responsible for managing sales staff and producer relations in the Individual and Family Markets, implementing sales and service goals and ensuring continued and increased consumer market growth for numerous states. Responsible for the recruitment of producers, producer sales results and producer services.

Please note: This is a hybrid role and will work in the office three days a week.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree OR 4 years managed care account management, broker services or sales experience.
  • Current, valid State Insurance License.
  • 8 years experience in managed care account management/servicing experience.
  • Sales / marketing strategy development experience.
  • Knowledge of managed care products, processes, and trends.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
  • Experience addressing customer needs and building customer relations.
  • Negotiation, presentation, sales, and financial.

Preferred Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Leadership skills
  • Performance Management skills
