If you found yourself nodding “yes” to every question, then National Accounts Sales Enablement at HCSC could be the place for you.

This position is responsible for project leadership and implementation of cross-divisional projects affecting marketing from inception to project completion; and representing marketing segments on corporate initiatives to ensure appropriate balance between sales and profitability and operational considerations.

We are looking for a candidate that has experience in a position that interfaces with internal and/or external clients. You will be supporting the needs and goals of the Sales and Account Management Team by providing updates on product changes, competitor updates, competitive positioning, etc. You will also develop and maintain internal processes and tools by updating Teams/SharePoint documents.

In planning team events and training, you will coordinate meetings by identifying key stakeholders, drive the initiative provided by our leadership, manage the project timeline, and create email distribution lists for our attendees.

This role will require some travel (less than 25% a year).

This is a Hybrid/Flex position, working three days a week in the Richardson office and two days per week remotely.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3 years' experience in health insurance, benefits, or managed care OR 7 years' experience in health insurance, benefits, or managed care.
  • Experience in a position, which interfaces with internal clients, Marketing/Sales management and operations
  • Implementation and project management experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organizational and leadership skills.
  • Verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Preferred Job Qualifications: 

  • Managed care experience
  • Implementation/onboarding experience
  • Project management experience
  • Fluent in Microsoft 365
