Job Summary BASIC FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for executing the business plan, strategies, analytics and data needs for the division and working with divisional leadership on strategies and business plans for functional areas; working with enterprise areas to ensure there is alignment with the divisional strategy; documenting and conducting analysis of competitive and market information for the division and ensuring integration with overall strategy; managing all divisional short term and long term planning.

Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree and 7 years experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting environment
* 2 years management experience
* Experience with strategic planning, strategy development, analytics and research
* Experience with Retail Markets
* Experience leading and mentoring staff.
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience with interacting successfully with senior management and staff across multiple departments.
* Organizational skills, including ability to prioritize tasks.
* Creativity and innovation, analysis and implementation skills and experience.
* Business acumen and project/process integration skills.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
* MBA or MHA
* Health care industry experience
* Affordable Care Act Knowledge.

* Third party administrator experience
