Job Summary This position is responsible for designing, executing and analyzing performance tests using various tools and advanced methodologies. Collaborate with product team to define performance benchmark and provide insights to enhance application scalability, responsiveness and scalability.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Design, develop and enhance test scripting and test automation frameworks.

  • Collect and analyze field data on failures and issues to inform the design of repairs / new test scripts.

  • Assist with troubleshooting issues of reproducing, investigating and debugging software.

  • Analyze current processes and practices and proactively suggest / drive improvements.

  • Assist Application Development team with troubleshooting in conjunction with end users and development teams, issues of reproducing, investigating and debugging software.

Required Job Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor Degree and 4 years Information Technology experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 year Information Technology experience OR 8 years Information Technology experience.

  • Experience in technologies testing.

  • Experience in application and infrastructure integration.

  • Experience in SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development.

  • Experience in ITIL.

  • Experience in code versioning / code merge.

  • Experience in Iterative / Agile / Scrum development.

  • Experience in mobile testing.

  • Experience in ALM/SQL/SDM.

  • Experience in Performance Center.

  • Experience in HP LoadRunner, QualityCenter and other QA and testing tools.

  • Experience in web technologies - HTML/CSS/Java/ASP.Net/PHP/Ruby/C#.

  • Experience in scripting languages - PYTHON / Java/ Java Script

  • Experience in traditional app technology – C++, COBOL, Perl, SAP, etc.

  • Experience in test automation tools; Selenium for Web UI, Rest Assured or SoapUI or Postman for API Testing, Database and SQL testing.

  • Testing methodologies. 

  • Ability to tie together solutions across systems.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

  • Design and maintain L&P scripts using frameworks developed and customized for each application/platform built on various tools & technology platforms like Java, HTTP/HTML, XML, SQL, C, C++, YAML, AngularJS,  Batch Java workflows, API(REST/JSON, SOAP), Browser Rendering performance

  • Experience with Eclipse/IntelliJ IDE, Git, JIRA, qTest/ALM, Agile process, Web UI and API Test Automation

  • Develop L&P strategies, NFR modeling, L&P script refinement, enhancement is built and maintained.

  • Integrate CICD Jenkin code through Application Git/GitLab.

  • Conduct Test and Production system performance analysis using APM tools, Analyze and troubleshoot bottlenecks in collaboration with architecture and development teams.

  • Provide performance Tuning recommendations
