So, what will you do all day? You would join us as a BIM Technician II working on things like....
- Supporting the team with setting bases, cleaning models and title blocks for our projects.
- Setting up models in in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Tracking and organizing updates throughout the process - background updates, plotting, transmittals, drawing sheet lists, etc.
- Assisting an engineering design team in BIM/CADD production by preparing layouts, details, schedules and drawings of mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems for projects in a variety of commercial market sectors.
We'd love for you to apply for this position if you…
- Are a graduate of a 1- or 2-year certificate program with some relevant hands-on experience.
- Have at least 4+ years of experience in a drafting role (preferred).
- Possess Revit MEP and/or AutoCAD proficiency.
- Exposure to BIM 360 would be a huge plus!
- Have the ability to work at a fast pace and meet deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy of work and being flexible with work schedule and willing to stay after hours to make sure the job is done.
- Are able to manage drawings for the assigned team.
